Electric Pallet Truck - Powered Pallet Truck removes most of the human exertion from pallet lifting and transporting. This material handling equipment features push-button controls for raising and lowering along with a throttle that controls forward and reverse movement. Also includes an electromagnetic disc brake with automatic dead-man feature that activates when the user releases the handle of the unit.

Product Details

  • Construction: Features reinforced welded forks.
  • Size: Optional rider platform measures 15-3/4" long x 16" wide x 5.25" high. Fork sizes range from 20" to 27" wide and from 47" to 96" long.
  • Service Range: Units feature a service range from 3.1" up to 8.2".
  • Overall Width: Overall width ranges from 18-1/4" to 30"
  • Overall Length: Overall length ranges from 62-1/4" to 125".
  • Electrical: The 3,000-lb units use two 12V, 95Ah batteries with 0.7 KW drive & 1.3 KW lift motor. The 4,500-lb unit uses four 6V, 200Ah batteries with 1.2 KW drive & 2.0 KW lift motor.
  • Powered: The 3,000-lb unit operates 3 to 4 hours operation at full charge or 8 hours when used intermittently. The 4,500-lb unit operates 6 to 7 hours operation at full charge or 8 hours when used intermittently.
  • Power: All units include integral battery charger, battery level gauge, and emergency battery disconnect.
  • Weight: The BEPT-2047-30 weighs 660 lbs. The BEPT-2796-45 weighs 1,250 lbs.
  • Operation: If the emergency reverse belly switch is activated for more than 1.5 seconds, the safety circuit automatically disables the entire unit.
  • Capacity: The models feature capacities of 3,000 and 4,500 lbs.
  • Standard: Safety: The emergency reverse belly switch instantly reverses direction and moves the Electric Pallet Truck away from the user until the switch is released or after 1.5 seconds have elapsed. This device provides state of the art safety for the operator.
  • Options: BEPT-45-RP-KIT is an optional rider platform which can be quickly installed in the field. It features a sturdy steel construction and an easy flip-down design. Optional AGM and gel cell batteries are available for all models.
