Product Details

  • Construction: These pipe guard models are 36" tall, fabricated from 3/16" solid steel plate for rugged performance and lasting protection.
  • Projection: Designed with 90 degree flanges for flat wall or 45 degree flanges for corner wall mount application.
  • Size: Pipe Compatibility: Standard Steel Pipe Guards are designed to accommodate 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12" diameter pipes. Custom sizes are also available upon request to meet unique project specifications.
  • Installation: Available in standard flat wall mount, optional column mount and ground mount configurations to suit a variety of installation environments.
  • Color: These units are standard in baked in toughness powder coat Yellow. Color options are blue, black or gray as protective coating.
  • Standard: Standard models feature a convex shape to deflect vehicle impact, enhancing protection for exposed pipes. Rectangular designs are also available upon request to meet specific application requirements.
  • Options: Different sizes are available, as an example measuring 42, 48" & 72" length and is fabricated from heavy duty 1/4" solid steel plate for maximum strength and durability in high impact traffic environments.
  • Usage: Ideal for: Commercial garages, industrial facilities, warehouses and distribution centers.
  • Note: Steel Pipe Guards are custom manufactured to meet the specifications of your parking garage. Each unit is quoted using a specialized Steel Pipe Guard Worksheet completed by the customer. For pipe guard size and price, a computer configurator generates detailed 2D and 3D model drawings tailored to your specific pipe dimensions and locations. Since pipe sizes and placement vary by application, accurate measurements by the customer are critical. All Steel Pipe Guards are price quoted, built to order and non returnable, making it essential to provide complete and precise information during the quoting process.
