Adjusting Aluminum Gantry Crane is ideal for overhead lifting of large, bulky objects. These units are designed to be ergonomic for the worker and provide lightweight and rigid construction in one unit. This series eliminates the need for a fork truck or a hoist. Pinned connections at every corner enable one person to set up or take down the unit in minutes. The lightweight I-beam allows height alignment without the need of a hoist or fork truck.

Product Details

  • Construction: The Adjusting Aluminum Gantry Crane is constructed of light-weight aluminum, which allows it to be corrosion resistant, making it ideal for outdoor use.
  • Size: Adjustable Height in 6" increments. Base widths are 53-3/4", 53-13/16", 53-15/16" or 64-11/16", and the flange width ranges from 3-5/16" to 7".
  • Service Range: Beam length service ranges of 8', 10',12', or 15'. The beam height ranges from 6" to 12".
  • Installation: Note: All cranes are shipped disassembled. All products should be inspected frequently to ensure safe operation. Final testing and inspecting is left to the end user after final assembly has been completed. For further details see ASME B30.17.
  • Color: Units feature a corrosion resistant silver aluminum finish suitable for industrial material handling applications.
  • Weight: Depending on model selection units weigh from 210 lbs. to 1,100 lbs.
  • Operation: The unit is not to be moved while loaded and is for material only, not personnel.
  • Capacities: This series is available in 2,000, 4,000, or 6,000 lb. capacities.
  • Standard: Unit comes standard with four 8" 4-position swivel lock phenolic casters.
  • Options: Hoist and Trolley are sold separately. Adjusting Aluminum Gantry Crane options include a come-a-long for height adjustment.
  • Note: Usable Distance between uprights is the I Beam Length minus 18". The useable trolley length is the I Beam length minus 23-3/4".
