The workstation Hydraulic Tilt Table is heavy duty with deck sizes up to 120" x 120" and degree of tilt from 45 to 90 degrees. Capacities of these Heavy Capacity Tilter units range up to 6,000 lbs. Each product is electric hydraulic powered by a motor pump reservoir. The unit has an adjustable limit switch to control the tilt angle. Internal high pressure gear pump with check valve, relief valve, pressure compensated flow control valve, solenoid valve, suction, and return filters, make this series an efficient ergonomic work station piece of equipment.

Product Details

  • Construction: Heavy duty steel welded construction. Lifetime self-lubricating, anti friction bearings at all pivot points. Smooth steel top deck surfaces. Anchor grab claws or chains provided, please specify when ordering.
  • Electrical: 460 V AC, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz is Standard. (Optional electrical changes are available including Voltage, Phase and Hertz at an additional charge).
  • Powered: Internally mounted self contained horse power units ranging from 3/4 Hp to 1-1/2 Hp depending on the size of model. Optional Air (Rotary Air/Oil or Reciprocating Air/Oil) is available at an additional charge.
  • Installation: Base frame of the Hydraulic Tilt Table unit must be anchored to the floor.
  • Color: Structural surfaces are degreased, oxide primed, and finished with two coats of yellow enamel.
  • Operation: The hydraulics include single acting hydraulic cylinders with internal stops to 45 degree. Units which tilt from 45 to 90 degrees will include double acting hydraulic cylinders.
  • Standard: Straight safety toe guards with black and yellow safety stripes on toe guards.
  • Options: Options for the Hydraulic Tilt Table include: remote power unit, wall-mounted control station, key operated, foot control, up limit switch, electric toe guards, beveled toe guards, and accordion bellow skirting.
  • Limited Warranty: To keep the warranty valid you cannot cantilever the geometric ratio weight beyond the center of gravity. All units are quoted the capacity within its deck size.
  • Surcharge: Due to supply chain disruption, inflation or material shortages - tariffs or surcharges may apply to current published pricing. Some longer lead times may be incurred. Freight charges will be added to published pricing.
  • Usage: This item is made to order; therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed. Production schedules may fluctuate due to supply chain dynamics or unforeseen circumstances. Fulfillment times may vary and lead times are quoted as approximate only. A signed approval drawing is required prior to production. Freight, site preparation, installation and training are not included. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correctness of fit.
