The Aluminum Wheel Riser Ramp is designed to elevate semi trailers to the top of the loading dock for maximum serviceability during loading and unloading. Aluminum Dock Riser units are ideal for supporting OSHA's requirement for a 10% maximum grade of ascending or descending loaded fork trucks.

Product Details

  • Construction: The BATWR series are manufactured from heavy duty aluminum tread plate for positive traction. These units have all aluminum welded construction.
  • Size: Models are available in a variety of level lengths from 30" to 84". Wheel riser ramps are available in heights of 6", 8", 10", or 12".
  • Overall Width: Available in two overall widths: 18" or 24". Fork pockets add approximately 15" to the overall width.
  • Overall Length: Available in overall lengths of 48" to 120".
  • Capacity: 30,000 lbs. uniform load per pair.
  • Standard: Units help meet OSHA/ANSI standard B56.1 part 3 section 7.
  • Options: Optional portability kits, featuring 5" x 2" mold-on-rubber wheels, allow for transport and placement by one person. Other Aluminum Wheel Riser Ramp options include fork pockets, portable caddies, brackets and hardware, and anchor brackets.
  • Surcharge: Due to supply chain disruption, inflation or material shortages - tariffs or surcharges may apply to current published pricing. Some longer lead times may be incurred. Freight charges will be added to published pricing.
  • Note: These units are priced and sold each. For dual wheels on semi-trailers (18" wide), 24" wheel risers work best.
