Beacon® BV Series

The Portable Rack is a versatile, efficient transportation and custom storage solution. All models feature 4-way fork entry. Model BV-1 includes adjustable, non-removable posts adjustable in 1" increments from 11-1/4" to 17-1/4". Model BV-2 is the base and sockets only without posts. Model BV-3 is a cart with 8" phenolic wheels, 12" non-removable posts, and can stack 2 or more units high. Model BV-4 is a rack pallet without posts and sockets and is used to add a solid deck onto other units.

Product Details

  • Construction: These units feature welded steel construction.
  • Size: Base sizes are 48" wide by 42" long and post kit height ranges from 4" high to 36" high.
  • Color: Beacon yellow powder coat finish.
  • Weight: Bases weigh from 100 to 210 lbs. and post kits weigh 15 to 50 lbs.
  • Capacity: The double post pins can support up to 4,000 uniform pounds stacked three or five units high.
  • Standard: Units may be stacked 5 high except for 24" and 36" models which may be stacked 3 high.
  • Options: Removable Portable Rack post kits are available from 4" to 36" high. Custom sizes and configurations are available; Contact Beacon for details.
  • Surcharge: Due to supply chain disruption, inflation or material shortages - tariffs or surcharges may apply to current published pricing. Some longer lead times may be incurred. Freight charges will be added to published pricing.
