Beacon® BASP Series

The Portable Steps - Mobile Working Platform serve as portable stairs or as a worker platform. Units feature serrated surfaces to prevent slippage. Legs are adjustable and changes each step's overall height by 1-1/2". The first step is adjustable up to 8-1/4", the second up to 15-1/4", and the third step (if applicable) up to 22-1/4". Units feature either 2 or 3 steps.

Product Details

  • Construction: Units feature welded steel, aluminum, or stainless steel construction.
  • Size: Models range in width from 23-3/4" to 71-3/4", in depth from 22-7/8" to 33-7/8", and in height from 14" to 21". Steps are 12" deep.
  • Color: Steel models are powder coated Beacon yellow.
  • Weight: 24 to 126 lbs.
  • Operation: Legs are individually adjustable by screwing them into or out of the leg base.
  • Capacity: Capacity of each model is 500 lbs.
  • Options: Portable Steps options include handles and portable dolly kits. BASP-PORT is a steel bolt-on unit for 24", 36", and 48" models only. Handle serves as hand rail when balancing on top step.
  • Note: Testing, adjustments, training and scheduled maintenance procedures by others.
