Beacon® BBTC Series
The battery Pallet Jack Conveyor, designed for use with a pallet truck, enables a worker to efficiently transfer, load, and unload truck batteries. These Pallet Jack Roller Top units have a roller deck to facilitate battery movement and front locking tabs that secure each battery to the cart. The stand-alone model of this material handling equipment includes casters.

- Construction: Pallet Jack Conveyor models are constructed of welded steel.
- Size: The units measure 32" wide x 42" long x 7" high.
- Color: Units feature a Beacon yellow powder coat finish.
- Weight: The models for pallet truck use weigh 140 lbs. The stand-alone model weighs 250 lbs. The winch attachment is 30 lbs.
- Capacity: The series features a 4,000-lb. capacity.
- Options: A winch attachment is available for the Pallet Jack Conveyor to pull the batteries from fork trucks. This BBTC-WINCH model may be installed on either the BBTC-PJ or BBTC-CART with included hardware. Model BBTC-PJ-WINCH is the BBTC-PJ with winch installed.
