Product Details

  • Models: The Fixed Height Steel Gantry Crane with total locking casters come standard with total locking casters for secure positioning during lifting operations.
  • Construction: Units feature steel construction.
  • Size: Available with I Beam lengths of 10', 15', or 20'. I Beam heights are 6", 8-1/8", 10-1/8", 12-3/16", or 12-5/16".
  • Service Range: Units offer under I-beam clearances of 10 ft or 10 ft 1 in to accommodate a range of lifting applications.
  • Installation: It is the responsibility of the operator to inspect the unit prior to operation and frequently to ensure safe operation. Please see ASME B30.17 for more details.
  • Color: Units feature a Bear Claw blue liquid coat finish.
  • Weight: Depending on model selection units weigh from 783 to 1,357 lbs.
  • Operation: Base widths are 64-1/4", 64-1/2", or 65-1/2". The flange width is 4" or 6-1/2".
  • Capacities: Available in rated capacities of 2,000, 4,000, or 6,000 lbs for heavy duty industrial lifting applications.
  • Options: Hoist and trolley sold seperately.
  • Limited Warranty: The Fixed Steel Gantry Crane with total locking casters is designed for a fast assembly time and to be disassembled for compact storage and lower transportation costs.
  • Usage: Do not move units while loaded.
  • Note: Usable distance between uprights is beam length minus 18". The usable trolley travel is beam length minus 23-3/4".
