Beacon® BCYL Series

The Welding Cart secures and transport cutting torches. All models have a storage tray for convenient tool access as well as tank compartments and ratchet straps. Brackets are also included to hold the hose and cutting torch. Different models feature a lockable torch holding box, fork pockets, fire protection, and an overhead crane lifting point. Units with the overhead lift eye can be raised with a hoist. Models with fork pockets may be transported with a fork truck. All models can be manually pushed into position using their large 16" wheels to tilt and transport.

Product Details

  • Construction: These units feature welded steel construction and heavy duty handles.
  • Size: This series ranges in width from 33-1/4" to 40-1/4", in length from 23-1/16" to 34-5/8", and in height from 57-11/16" to 66-13/16".
  • Color: All units except models ending in suffix -G feature a Beacon yellow painted finish. Models with -G feature a hot-dipped galvanized finish.
  • Weight: Units weigh between 122 and 277 lbs.
  • Operation: The lifting eye is 2" maximum diameter with a 7/16" material thickness. Usable fork pocket size on BCYL-2 models is 7-1/2" wide x 2-1/2" high.
  • Capacity: Models have a 500 lb. capacity.
  • Standard: Unit is not designed for storage of gas cylinders. Lockable storage box on BCYL-2 models features a hole to eliminate the need for disconnecting regulator for storage.
  • Options: Welding Cart models are available with pneumatic or foam-filled wheels and with or without cutting torch box, overhead lift eye, fork pockets, or fire protection.
  • Surcharge: Due to supply chain disruption, inflation or material shortages - tariffs or surcharges may apply to current published pricing. Some longer lead times may be incurred. Freight charges will be added to published pricing.
  • Note: This meets OSHA standard 1910.253 and 1926.350.
