Beacon® BPLP Series

The Heavy Duty Pallet is ideal for use in export, medical, food, or pharmaceutical industries. Their decks feature a serrated surface with holes for drainage (except for hygienic solid deck model BPLPS-4840-9L). These plastic units are safer to handle than wooden pallets and are maintenance free. Various models are available, including standard or heavy duty, rackable, skids, or sanitary units. Model BPLPG-4848-HD and BPLPB-4840 are not compatible with pallet trucks. All units are stackable for easy storage, but only models BPLPB-4840, BPLPR-4840, and BPLPR-4840-ST are the only models approved for unsupported rack use.

Product Details

  • Construction: Models feature high-density, virgin polyethylene construction.
  • Size: Models range in width from 40" to 48", length from 40" to 48", and height from 5" to 6-1/2".
  • Overall Fork Width: Fork openings range in width from 8-1/2" to 13" and in height from 3" to 4-1/2".
  • Color: Models are available in Beacon green, blue, yellow, orange, black, red, or grey.
  • Weight: Models weigh from 17 to 72 lbs. for easy portability.
  • Scope: These are one-way, open loop pallets for light loads.
  • Capacity: Models are available with static (floor) capacities from 2,200 lbs. to 13,200 lbs., with dynamic (fork) capacities from 660 to 3,960 lbs., and unsupported pallet rack capacities from 1,320 to 3,300 lbs.
  • Standard: Heavy Duty Pallet units compatible with fork trucks feature 4-way entry.
