Beacon Model: Beacon BEPT series fully powered electric pallet truck.
Description: Beacon fully powered electric pallet truck removes most of the human exertion from pallet lifting and transporting. The material handling electric pallet truck features push-button controls for raising and lowering along with a throttle that controls forward and reverse movement. Includes an electromagnetic disc brake with automatic dead-man feature that actrivates when the user releases the handle of the fully powered electric pallet truck.
Service Range: Electric pallet truck 3,000 lb units features a service range of 3.1" or 3.2" to 7.8". Electric pallet truck 4,500 lb units feature a range of 3.2 or 3.4" up to 8.2".
Capacity: The electric pallet truck models feature capacities of 3,000 and 4,400 lbs.
Electrical: The 3,000 lb units uses 2, 12 V, 95Ah batteries with 0.7 KW drive & 1.3 KW lift motor. The 4,500 lb unit uses 4, 6 V, 200 Ah batteies with 1.2 KW drive & 2.0 KW lift motor.
Powered: The 3,000 lb unit operates 3 to 4 hours operation at full charge - 8 hours when used intermittently.The 4,500 lb unit operates 6 to 7 hours operation at full charge - 8 hours when used intermittently.
Power: All units include integral battery charger, battery level gauge and emergency battery disconnect.
Standard: Safety: The emergency reverse belly switch instantly reverses direction and moves the unit forward (away from operator) until the switch is released or after 1.5 seconds have elapsed. This devise provides state of the art safety for the operator.
Weight: The lightest Electric pallet truck BEPT-2047-30 weighs 660 lbs. The heaviest model BEPT-2796-45 weighs 1,250 lbs.
