Beacon Model: Beacon BWP series work platforms.
Description: Beacon forklift work platforms are made for quickly transporting workers. The models feature either front door entry or side dual door entry. The work platforms are attached to a forklift by insertion of the forks into the fork pockets and chaining the platform to the forklift. The tine lock needs to engaged in order for the platform to be secured to the forks. The forklift work platforms have a 42"-high handrail with 21"-high midrail on 3 sides. The fourth side features a 60"-high expanded metal backing and also is available at an 84" height to meet California OSHA standards. The units come with a checker floor plate platform and a 36"-long chain with a hook, allowing the platform to be attached to a forklift. The full-featured work platforms include web lanyard and safety harnesses and an emergency stop button kit.
Capacity: The work platforms have a capacity of 1,000 lbs.
Construction: The forklift work platforms feature all welded steel construction.
Size: The work platforms are available in with platform sizes of 36" wide x 36" long, 36" wide x 48" long and 48" wide x 48" long. The fork pocket centers measure either 16" or 24". The expanded metal backs measure 60" or 84".
Warranty: The work platforms are available in a variety of weights ranging from 200 to 316 lbs.
