Forklift Platform - Moveable Platform - BWP series

Beacon® BWP Series

Forklift Platform - Moveable Platform are made for quickly transporting workers. The models feature either side single door entry or side dual door entry. The units are attached to a forklift by insertion of the forks into the fork pockets and chaining the platform to the forklift. The tine lock needs to engaged in order for the platform to be secured to the forks. The models have a 42"-high handrail with 21"-high midrail on 3 sides. The fourth side features a 60"-high expanded metal backing and also is available at an 84" height to meet California OSHA standards. The units come with a checker floor plate platform and a 36"-long chain with a hook, allowing the platform to be attached to a forklift.

Product Details

Construction: These models feature all welded steel construction.
Size: Units are available in with platform sizes of 36" wide x 36" long, 36" wide x 48" long and 48" wide x 48" long. The fork pocket centers measure either 16" or 24". The expanded metal backs measure 60" or 84".
Overall Fork Width: Usable fork pockets are 7-3/4" wide and 1-7/8" high in front and 7-3/4" wide and 3-7/8" high in back.
Color: Models are powder coated Beacon blue with Beacon yellow expanded metal backing.
Capacity: Models have a capacity of 1,000 lbs.
Standard: The full-featured (-FF) Forklift Platform includes web lanyard and safety harnesses and an emergency stop button kit.
Options: Options include casters, emergency stop button kits, fluorescent tube caddies, tool trays, auto fold-down ramps, caution signs, double chain door locks, and lanyards with safety harnesses, sizes small through XXXL.
Limited Warranty: This series is available in a variety of weights ranging from 200 to 316 lbs.
