Beacon® BHOP Series

Dump Hopper - Container Hopper are ideal for factories, warehouses, and other industrial locales with restricted storage space. These units are designed to be portable and are self-dumping. All units except the 3, 4, and 5 cubic yard models have formed stackable bases. The 3 to 5 cubic yard models have non-stackable, structural bases with reinforced rockers for heavy duty use.

Product Details

  • Models: Light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty models are available.
  • Construction: The units feature all welded steel construction.
  • Size: The series is available in a variety of sizes ranging from 30-3/4" to 105-1/2" wide, 46" to 73-1/2" long, and 31-1/2" to 59-1/2" high.
  • Color: Units are painted Beacon green standard. Contact Beacon for other color options.
  • Weight: The models weigh from 440 lbs. to 1,605 lbs.
  • Operation: Units are either transported via a forklift or with optional casters. These units dump when the safety latch is activated. They then return to an upright position when emptied.
  • Capacity: Units feature capacities from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs.
  • Standard: Units include beveled cross channel for easier fork entry and a formed channel bumper for added strength and protection. Models also come standard with a trip rope assembly and a safety chain.
  • Options: Dump Hopper options include casters, lids (for 1 to 2-1/2 cubic yards), three-way entry, different finishes, and crane lugs.
  • Surcharge: Due to supply chain disruption, inflation or material shortages - tariffs or surcharges may apply to current published pricing. Some longer lead times may be incurred. Freight charges will be added to published pricing.
  • Note: All standard and special hoppers are stitch welded. Special continuous welds for liquid tight available at additional charge.
