Beacon Model: Beacon BSWA series semi automatic stretch wrapper.
Description: Beacon semi automatic stretch wrapper machines are designed to increase shipping department efficiency as well as productivity at the end of a production line. The stretch wrapper machine has a counter balanced stretch film mast and a powered turntable with a 48" diameter. The mast is raised and lowered via a foot pedal. This packaging machine features 1 film rod with special spacers that can be utilized with rolls of any height of stretch wrap between 10" and 20".
Capacity: The stretch wrapper machine is available with capacities of 4,000 or 5,000 lbs.
Size: The stretch wrapper machine is available with turntable diameters of 48", 54" or 60" and turntable heights of 2-3/8" and 11". The maximum load diameters of the different models are either 76" or 86", and the maximum load heights are either 75" or 78".
Power: The stretch wrapper machine is powered by a 115 V, 1/2 Hp motor with soft start/stop and variable speed control. (220 Vac, 1 Ph available as an option).
Note: The unit ships knockdown, and some assembly is required.
Weight: The stretch wrapper machine models weigh either 665, 1,543 or 1,659 lbs.
Options: The approach ramp option enables workers to load and unload the unit with a pallet truck (model BSWA-48 only). The powered mast option comes with a 24 V hand control for working with taller loads.
