Beacon Model: Beacon BATWR series aluminum wheel riser ramps.
Description: Beacon world class aluminum wheel riser ramps are designed to elevate semi trailers to the top of the loading dock for maximum serviceability during loading and unloading. Beacon aluminum wheel riser ramps are ideal for supporting OSHA's requirement for a 10% maximum grade of ascending or descending loaded fork trucks.
Construction: BATWR series aluminum wheel riser ramps are manufactured from heavy duty aluminum tread plate for positive traction. These portable truck ramps have all aluminum welded construction.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations.
Size: Portable wheel riser ramps are available in a variety of level lengths from 30" to 84". Wheel riser ramps are available in heights of 6", 8", 10" or 12".
Capacity: Aluminum wheel risers have a capacity of 30,000 lbs. per pair.
Overall Width: Aluminum wheel risers are available in two overall widths: 18" or 24". Fork pockets add approximately 15" to the overall width of the truck ramps.
Overall Length: Aluminum ramps are available in overall lengths of 48" to 120".
Options: Optional portability kits, featuring 5" x 2" mold-on-rubber wheels, allow for transport and placement by one person.
Note: Aluminum wheel riser ramps are priced and sold each. For dual wheels on semi-trailers (18" wide), 24" wheel risers work best.
