Product: Fork extensions
Beacon Model: Beacon BFE series fork extensions.
Models: Loop Style: Insert Loop at the fork tip side and slide up at a 45 degree angle. Pin Sytle (suffix: P) Remove Pin and lay extension over fork. Rear Spacer (suffix: RS) Insert Loop at the tip of fork and slide up at 45 degree angle. Then lay down over fork.
Description: Beacon fork extensions provide added support necessary for lifting large or long objects with a fork truck. The unit's loop-style steel retaining strap prevents the fork extensions from sliding off the forks while they're being used. OSHA regulations stipulate that extensions can be no more than 150 percent of the fork length.
Construction: Beacon fork extensions feature steel construction. Models randing from 48" to 96" long includes the loop style as standard, Pin or Rear Spacer is available as a option. Models 108" and 120" have no loop and include Pin Style only due to weight.
Size: The different forklift fork extension models accommodate fork widths of 4", 5" or 6" and fork extension inside widths of 4-1/2", 5-1/2" or 6-1/2". The fork extension models come in a variety of lengths ranging from 48" to 120".
Color: The forklift fork extension models have a powder coat yellow finish.
Weight: The fork extension models are available in a variety of weights ranging from 101 to 275 lbs.
