US orders are Net 30 or 2% Net 10 days from date of shipment with approved credit. All others must be prepaid prior to shipment date. Foreign orders will be accepted in United States funds only.

Interest charged at the rate of 1.5% per month on accounts after net 30 days of invoice date. Debtor to be responsible for the payment of attorney fees, court costs and other cost of collection if this invoice is not paid. Warranty is valid after full payment is made. Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days, otherwise no claim will be allowed at the time of settlement. No credit will be allowed for the goods returned without the seller's authorization. All claims for damaged merchandise to be filed with delivering carrier. All payments received after 30 days from ship day, any and all applicable resale dealer discounts are waived and the full amount is due.

CREDIT CARD TERMS

All credit card orders shall be faxed to Beacon Industries, Inc.   Fax: 314-487-0100
Include:  Credit Card Type (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover) , Card Number, Expiration Date, Address where  your Credit Card invoice comes to, Total Amount of Purchase, Name of Card Holder, Name of Buyer, and Signature of Card Holder.

Engineering or design is at no charge when an order is placed directly with Beacon since it is built into the Beacon quote. Engineering or design charges apply when Beacon is involved in engineering or design for a product and then after the fact a third party is involved in order processing without Beacon. Therefore it is the most cost effective to place the order directly with Beacon after Beacon has been involved in engineering or design. Any special engineering, design or modifications after the initial order has been placed with Beacon is chargeable.

RETURNS:

Custom orders are non returnable. Standard items that are returned will have a 20% purchase price restocking fee plus a return fee that is charged on a case by case basis plus freight and any refurbishing costs. Before returning items, buyer must receive an approval and a return authorization number from Beacon. For returned standard item products,
Beacon must have a written notice of return within 10 days of customer receiving goods. No returns for electrical component parts. No returns for installed parts or equipment.


Note: Any modification and / or alteration to unit after shipment could void warranty at Beacon discretion.
Note: Any quotation is subject to withdrawal or revision thirty (30) days from quotation date. "Weeks to ship" are after receipt of order or signed approval drawings. Please allow (1-2) weeks for approval drawing on standard units (2-3) weeks on special units. One revision of approval drawing is at no charge, additional changes will be subject to a $300.00 net charge for each time the drawings are changed.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

15% on standard units within (2) weeks prior to shipment.
20% after approval drawings on special units.
50% after signed approval drawings and up to (2) weeks prior to shipment on special units.
75% after signed approval drawings and within (2) weeks prior to shipment on special units or rush projects.
