Beacon Model: Beacon BYR series steel yard ramp.
Description: Beacon steel yard ramp enables workers to load and unload trucks, trailers and rail cars from ground level at buildings that don't have a freight dock. This portable steel yard ramp is operated with a 2-speed hand crank. These steel yard ramp features 9" steel wheels, 4" high safety curbs, positive traction open steel grating, a 15" overlap lip, rubber bumpers and safety locking chains.
Capacities: The portable yard ramps come with service capacities of 16,000, 20,000, 25,000 or 30,000 lbs.
Construction: This portable steel yard ramp features steel construction.
Service Range: The unit's service range is 46" to 62".
Size: The yard ramp is available in lengths of 30" or 36", in usable ramp widths of 67" or 78" and in various overall ramp widths ranging from 72" to 85".
Color: The yard ramp is painted neutral earth-tone brown.
Weight: The models are available in various weights ranging from 3,780 to 6,720 lbs.
Options: For greater mobility, optional tow package with large pneumatic tires and hydraulic hand pump is available for local yard movement at 4 mph maximum. A high speed tow package is available for the yard ramp including towing capacity up to 45 mph maximum.
