Beacon Model: Beacon BLM series fork truck hook plates.
Description: Beacon fork truck hook plates allow fork trucks to safely lift a load using slings, cables or chains. These fork truck hook plates have slanted, 6-1/4" wide x 1-3/4" high fork openings, which keep the hook plate from being utilized upside-down. These hook plates feature either swivel or rigid hook types.
Capacity: The fork truck hook plates are available with capacities of either 4,000 or 6,000 lbs.
Size: The fork truck hook plates are 6" high and have a 24" overall width.
Standard: Hook with anchor shackle come standard.
Weight: The hook plates come in weights of 26 or 27 lbs.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications.
