Beacon Model: Beacon BEL-DJ-DJM series and BEL-DL-PM series Ever Light micro loading dock lights
Description: Micro Loading Dock Lights are designed for high traffic discribution centers at the dock door portal during tractor trailer loading and unloading procedures. The Micro Loading Dock Lights stay out of the way of high speed forklifts therefore preventing loading dock light damage.
Construction: The Beacon Ever Light Micro Loading Dock Lights are desigend with heavy duty steel construction.
Operation: Micro Loading Dock Lights turns on & off with the door track limit switch. Limit switch sold seperately. When the overhead door is raised the Micro Loading Dock Lights come on & when the overhead door is lowered the Light turns off, saving energy costs.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations.
Scope: The Micro Loading Dock Lights are manufactured in large quanity production runs on a specification order basis. Call for any special quotes regarding manufacturing production run quantity approval pricing.
Electrical: 115 Vac, 1 Phase, 60 Hz is standard.
Standard: The Micro Loading Dock Lights different models are desigend to use either a standard 30 or 38 par spot light bulb. No custom light bulb required for the Micro Loading Dock Lights. Keeping the back end maintenance cost to a minimum.
Installation: Heavy duty frame and installation procedures allow for a robut application. The Micro Loading Dock Lights can be installed in the overhead door jamb ( BEL-DJ-DJM-10 series) or on a pipe bollard (BEL-DJ-PM series) next to the door jamb.
Note: The annual savings in Micro Dock Loading Lights by using the standard 30 or 38 par spot light bulb will save time and money. The savings are calculated when including a standard 30 or 38 par bulb cost to other custom dock lights, down time of the loading dock from a damaged light or burt out bulb including maintenance replacement time.
