Description: Hydraulic Tilt Tables are heavy duty in design. With deck sizes up to 120" x 120". Degree of tilt from 45 to 90 degrees. Capacities up to 6,000 lbs. The hydraulic tilt table is electric hydraulic powered by a motor pump reservoir. The unit has an adjustable limit switch to control the tilt angle. Internal high pressure gear pump with check valve, relief valve, pressure compensated flow control valve, solenoid valve, suction and return filters make the hydraulic tilt table an efficient ergonomic tilting work station piece of equipment.
Construction: Heavy duty steel welded construction. Lifetime self-lubricating, anti friction bearings at all pivot points. Smooth steel top deck surfaces. Anchor grab claws or chains provided, please specify when ordering.
Operation: The hydraulics of the hydraulic tilt table include single acting hydraulic cylinders with internal stops to 45 degree. The hydraulic tilt table that will tilt from 45 to 90 degrees will include double acting hydraulic cylinders.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations.
Electrical: Available voltage units include: 208/230/460 Vac, 3 Ph, 60 Hz as standard. Special 50 Hz option is available. 24 Vac operating control voltage. Nema4X constant pressure (water tight, dust tight and corrosion resistant) "UP-DOWN" Pushbutton box.
Powered: Internally mounted self contained horse power units ranging from 3/4 Hp to 1-1/2 Hp depending on the size of hydraulic tilt table.
Standard: Straight safety toeguards with black and yellow safety stripes on toeguards.
Options: Remote power unit, Wall mounted control station, Key operated, Foot control, Up limit switch, Electric toe guards, Beveled toe guards and Accordion bellow skirting.
Installation: Base frame of the unit must be anchored to the floor.
Color: Structural surfaces of the hydraulic tilt table are degreased, oxide primed and finished with two coats of yellow enamel.
