Beacon Model: Beacon BD series 70 degree self dumping steel hoppers.
Models: These industrial hoppers have several variations: 12 gauge steel constitutes a light duty (-LD) hopper, 10 gauge indicates a medium duty (-MD) steel hopper and 8 gauge steel signifies a heavy duty (-HD) hopper.
Description: Beacon 70 degree self dumping steel hoppers with bumper release automatically dump when bumper makes contact. This self dumping steel hoppers automatically return to original position and locks back into place. Beacon hoppers are manufactured with fork pockets for easy mobility with a fork truck. Capacity: This portable self dumping hopper models feature capacities of 2,000, 4,000 or 6,000 lbs. Volume capacities range from 1/3 to 3 cubic yards.
Construction: Self Dumping Steel Hoppers are constructed of high quality steel with robotic welds to make them leak-proof.
Size: The fork pockets on this steel hopper are 7-1/2" wide x 2-1/2" high.
Standard: All 70 degree self dumping hoppers with bumper release come standard with a locking chain to secure the hopper to the fork truck. Cable is also supplied to provide manual dumping of the hopper.
Color: The hoppers have a powder coated blue finish.

Weight: The self dumping hopper models range in weight from 524 to 991 lbs.
