Beacon Model: Beacon BE-MT series eye manual crane trolley
Description: Beacon crane trolley has been designed to be quickly installed on virtually any S-type I-beam. Under I-Beam to base of crane trolley eye is approximately 5". Eye manual trollies are available in either geared and plain models. A lifting eye is located at the bottom of the trolley for attaching a hoist (not included). A center rod, which cannot be rotated once a hoist is installed, prevents the trolley from moving from its position.
Capacity: The eye crane trolley supports up to 8,000 lbs.
Construction: The crane trolley features strong steel construction.
Size: The width of the trolley can be adjusted with a manual screw mechanism. Geared trolleys are designed to fit I Beam flanges from 1-3/4" up to 7". Trollies without gears are designed to fit 2" to 9" flanges.
Operation: Eye manual trollies without chain gear are free floating while moving across the beam. Alternatively, eye manual trollies with chain gear are ideal for precise positioning. This unit is not free floating on the beam.
Standard: Each crane trolley comes standard with four rollers with sealed bearings. A locking ring also is included to prevent the width from changing sporadically.
Note: Hoists are not included with the trollies.
Weight: The crane trolley models weigh from 20 to 100 lbs.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications.
