Description: This Beacon multi purpose material handling equipment serves as a drum mover, drum cart, a drum cradle and a hand truck. The drum mover can be placed in a horizontal position to empty drum contents. The drum mover has large, 16" x 4" wheels that enable it to move efficiently over rough terrain. The unit features extra-long handles, giving it the necessary leverage for access to drums positioned on pallets.
Operation: The drum mover has an interchangeable steel nose plate or drum tines.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations.
Size: The drum mover is 25" wide x 31.5" long x 61" high.
Capacities: The drum mover has a 500-lb. capacity with pneumatic wheel type and 750 lb capacity with the foam filled wheel type.
Lift Heights: The drum is 14-1/2" hight when in the cardle position. (Drum supplied by others).
Weight: The drum mover model BDCHT-1 inclusive with 500-lb. capacity, pneumatic wheel type has a weight of 59 lbs. The drum mover model BDCHT-1-FF inclusive with the 750-lb. capacity, foam filled wheel type has a weight of 63 lbs.
