Description: Beacon stationary drum dumper is ideal for the dispensing of drum contents at various standard heights. This hydraulic drum dumper is controlled by the push of a button. Stationary drum dumper dumps various drum sizes. Beacon drum dumper is for use with steel, plastic or fiber drums.
Construction: Drum dumper features steel construction and stainless steel finish.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations.
Dump Heights: These drum dumpers dump at various heights from 36" to 72".
Capacities: The stationary drum dumpers feature capacities of 750, 1,000 or 1,500 lbs.
Power: 1-1/2 Hp motor, single phase. (Three phase also available).
Standard: Upper travel limit switch, emergency brass safety velocity fuse in cylinder and vertical adjustment drum restraints are standard with Beacon hydraulic drum dumpers.
Options: 30-gallon drum adaptor. Stainless steel chutes. 12 V DC.
Installation: The unit is standard with a blue enamel chute and frame. Three options are avaiable all with a 304 stainless steel chute; (1) blue enamel frame, (2) white powder coat frame FDA approved incendital contact (3) Steel-It Frame frame FDA incendital contact.
Weight: Hydraulic drum dumpers weigh from 735 to 1,186 lbs.
Note: Adjustable height clamps, coated in Steel-It™ coating, must be ordered with hydraulic drum dumpers.
