Beacon Model: Beacon BWL-100 series scissor dock lift
Description: The Beacon electric/hydraulic scissor dock lift reduces employee work hours in work areas with no docks. This scissor dock lift leveler features push-button control via a 24 V AC on a 20' coil cord. The unit's hydraulic cylinders feature an emergency velocity fuse, should the line break. The pre-wired control box of this loading dock lift has a magnetic starter and overload fuse.
Construction: The checkered plate deck of the loading scissor dock lift is constructed of heavy-gauge steel.
Operation: Rainproof Pendant 24 Vac hand control on a 4 foot - 20 foot coil cord. If power failure occurs, remove the cover off the power unit and turn a knob for manual lowering procedure.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations.
Size: This scissor dock lift is available in a variety of platform sizes ranging from 48" wide x 96" long to 96" wide x 144" long. The overall frame sizes range from 41" wide x 93" long to 86" wide x 118" long.
Service Range: The scissor dock lift comes with lowered heights ranging from 8" to 14" and raised heights ranging from 68" to 72".
Capacities: These scissor docks lifts are available in several capacities ranging from 5,000 to 12,000 lbs.
Power: The scissor dock lift has an external 6.5 Hp 208-230/460 V, 3-phase motor.
Standard: Removable handrails with fixed toeboards come standard with this scissor lift dock leveler.
Installation: Surface or pit mount will end up with different overall heights. The three vertical geometric propeties to be aware of is the (1) Lowered height (2) Travel (3) Overall height. When mounting in a pit, your travel will end up as your overall height.
Color: Waterbase enamel, ergonomic brown frame with yellow safety handrails.
Weight: The units come in weights ranging from 3,125 to 7,436 lbs.
