Description: Hydraulic dock levelers for ISO Shipping Containers on truck service are available in pit leveler and free-standing models. Both dock levelers are designed for servicing loading and unloading of shipping containers. Each FC series dock leveler has the unique ability with the deck & lip to extend 44" + out and over the extended trailer chasis frame and into the shipping container. Operation: The FC series hydraulic leveler designed to service ISO shipping containers is designed with two vertical hydraulic cylinders to control the up and diown movement and one hydraulic cylinder that controls the vertical slide deck lip movement. Scope: The Beacon FC and FCF series dock levelers are designed for dock servicing incoming or outgoing refrigerated or non-refrigerated containers transported on trailer undercartiages. These levelers are designed to extend out toward the container. Projection: The projections inlcudes a 44-1/2" reach out to the shipping container. Service Range: The FC and FCF series have a unique service range of 16" up and 4" down. Capacity: The capacity of the FC and FCF series is 20,000 lbs dynamic rated. Electrical: The unit has a 2 or a 5 hp motor, 208/240/440 Vac, 3 Ph, 60 Hz. Powered: Motor, hydraulic pump and reservoir are standard. Standard: This shipping container FC series hydraulic dock leveler has a 44-1/2" continuous slide deck lip, full range toe guards and two dock bupers. Color: Durable polyurethane enamel paint is used on all parts of the dock leveler. The platform, toegaurds and major moving parts are Beacon yellow and the frame is is Beacon blue. Warranty: Five year structural, 3 year hydraulics and 1 year electrical limited warranty.
