Beacon Model: Beacon BBLE series bar lift edge of dock leveler standard model
Description: An edge of dock leveler compensates for uneven heights between dock and truck. A manual edge of dock leveler is commonly used in distribution centers. Edge of dock levelers are durable and heavy-duty. The BBLE series edge of dock leveler with bar lift requires approximately 28 to 34 lbs. of push pull force to operate.
Construction: The standard bar lift edge of dock leveler with bar lift is constructed with a 2" distribution bar, two gussets and operates with an extension spring.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations.
Size: The bar lift edge of dock leveler feature deck widths of 66" & 72". All standard bar lift edge of dock leveler have a span of 27-3/4".
Capacities: The bar lift edge of dock levelers are available in capacities of 20,000 and 25,000 lbs.
Standard: The bar lift edge of dock leveler with bar lift comes standard with a 15" hinged lip as well as dock bumpers.
Installation: Dock heights of 48" to 52" are required for the installation of the bar lift edge of dock leveler to propery service a tractor trailer.
Note: There is no pit work required. The bar lift edge of dock leveler simply welds to the building 8" imbedded channel or to the optional formed angle and approach plate.
Warranty: The BBLE standard mechanical edge of dock leveler has a 1 year limited warranty.
