Beacon Model: Beacon BPE series hydraulic edge of dock leveler
Description: Electric Hydraulic Edge of Dock Leveler with push-button control or hand pump manual hydraulic unit both with single cylinder design.
Capacities: Hydraulic Edge of Dock Leveler capacities range from 15,000, 20,000, 25,000 or 30,000 lbs.
Construction: Heavy duty steel construction.
Service Range: Recommended for 48" high docks. Each hydraulic edge of dock leveler has a service range of 5" up and 5" down.
Operation: Electric hydraulic operated with puch button control or an optional hand pump hydraulic manual operation. The conrol box or hand pump can be mounted on either side of the hydraulic edge of dock leveler.
Electrical: The electric unit is operated by a 3/4 Hp, 110/220 Vac, single phase motor prewired to 110 Vac. The electric hydraulic edge of dock leveler comes complete with motor, pump, control box, one hydraulic cylinder, lines and hydraulic oil.
Powered: The hand pump unit is operated manually and is used to raise the deck and extend the lip. The operator rotates the relief valve allowing the deck to descend down and rest upon the trailer bed.
Standard: Comes complete with 2" x 8" x 18" bumpers.
Installation: The electric hydraulic unit comes with a control box for push button control, one hydraulic cylinder. The manual hand pump comes complete with hand pump, wall mounted brackets, one hydraulic cylinder, 7 feet of hydraulic line and hydraulic oil.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications.
