Beacon Model: Beacon BBL series edge of dock leveler with bar lift, premium model
Description: An edge of dock leveler compensates for uneven heights between dock and truck. A manual edge of dock leveler is commonly used in distribution centers. Edge of dock levelers are durable and heavy-duty. The BBL series edge of dock leveler with bar lift requires 28 to 34 lbs of push pull force to engauge.
Capacities: The edge of dock levelers are available in capacities of 20,000, 25,000, 30,000 or 35,000 lbs.
Construction: The premium model edge of dock leveler with bar lift is constructed with a 2-1/2" distribution bar, three gussets and operates with an adjustable torsion spring.
Size: The edge of dock levelers feature deck widths of 66", 72", 78” or 84". All premium edge of dock levelers have a span of 27-3/4".
Standard: The edge of dock leveler with lifting hook comes standard with a 15" hinged lip as well as dock bumpers.
Note: There is no pit work required. Edge of dock levelers simply weld to the building 8" imbedded channel or to the optional formed angle and approach plate.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications.
