This mobile scissor lift table is designed to lift heavy objects up to 4000 lbs. centered on the deck surface. Special features allow for the portable scissor lift unit to be pushed when in the down position through a small choke point, then positioned into place, install Out-Riggers, initiate the floor lock, raise the scissor lift, Zero leak valve is automatically part of the hydraulic system, then insert locking pins (by others) in the ears located on the side of the top mobile scissor lift table platform, slide payload off the customer remote platform onto the portable scissor lift table deck surface, unlock the locking pints in the ears, lower the scissor lift, remove the Out-Riggers, unlock the floor locks. Carefully move the portable scissor lift with the payload through the choke point to desired location.
APPLICATION The application is for indoor use in a dry environment. The surface shall be a concrete smooth clean surface.
SAFETY The mobile scissor lift table platform is standard with an electric toe guard tape switch. The Electric toe guards are located around the base perimeter of the portable scissor lift table top deck surface.
CHOKE POINT DESIGN This unit is designed to go through a choke point (narrow passage). Once on the other side of the choke point, the mobile scissor lift table unit is pushed to a specific location. OUT-RIGGERS Once positioned in place the portable and removable Out-Riggers are inserted into the unit for stabilization. This mobile scissor lift is designed to take on a transferred load when in the up position. Therefore, the Out-Riggers are designed to be inserted on 3 sides of the unit. The Out-Riggers are on both ends and one side. The one side that the Out-Riggers are located, is on the opposite side of the transfer load. After the Out-Riggers are inserted into the base of the portable scissor lift sub-frame, the locking pin with cables are inserted through the portable scissor lift sub-frame and into the Out-Riggers. The Out-Riggers are adjusted by the operator with a manual hand crank.
FLOOR LOCK The portable scissor lift is positioned into place, and then the floor locks are utilized by pushing down with the operator’s foot. The floor locks assist in locking the portable scissor lift table unit into place on the floor by the weight of the scissor lift. Two floor locks are designed and mounted on each of the mobile scissor lift table ends.
ZERO LEAK VALVE The Zero Leak Valve assists in locking in the hydraulic fluid transfer within the hydraulic schematic and plumbing of the hydraulic system. The nature of Hydraulics can compress and therefore can have a slight movement or sometimes called “Hydraulic Creep”. Therefore a Zero Leak Valve can assist in minimizing and reducing hydraulic movement or Creep. However a Zero Leak Valve does not necessarily prevent all movement or Hydraulic Creep. For additional support the mobile scissor lift table unit is designed with locking ears to be utilized when in the up position.
LOCKING EARS The two locking ears are designed and located on the mobile scissor lift table top perimeter deck face of the side opposite of the side Our-Riggers. Each locking ear has a hole. The hole is designed to be utilized with a locking pin (by others) between the portable scissor lift table ear and the remote deck surface that has the remote payload that needs to be transferred. Once the portable scissor lift is hydraulically lifted into place, the locking pin is positioned through the portable scissor lift and the remote deck to tie both together to create a sturdy continuous deck surface between the portable scissor lift and the remote deck surface.
MOVING PAYLOAD Customer shall carefully move payload from the upper deck surface to the portable scissor lift deck surface. After positioned on the mobile scissor lift deck surface then the reverse procedure applies to lower the mobile scissor lift.
